After your post I listened again and re-read the diagnoses:  Sorry but I think it is for a yeast infection.  It s/l he is saying "Easter cream".  Could it be yeast cream or is there an OTC Esta-cream?  Here is the diagnoses:  1) Lower back pain, probably secondary to degenerative joint disease of the lumbar spine.  Patient also appears to have arthritis of the sacroiliac joints.   2) Symptoms suggestive of yeast or vaginitis secondary to recent antibiotic use.   Try over-the-counter Estacream for three days.    Thanks.
