Doctor spells a medication as AMARIX, but I can't find any medicine like that. The dosage is 15 mg to be taken q.h.s. for muscle spasms.

The diagnosis in a patient with neck spasms sounds like "shoulder" syndrome - this doesn't sound right to me.
The patient is being treated for neck spasms by ENT.
