If it sounds like "parenteral antibiotics" why would you not google that before coming here to ask for help? Honestly I think some people who post here are just plain lazy. I see them asking questions all the time that if they just did a google search of what they think they hear, they would have their answer.
And sorry, I found the question to be funny so I laughed. Sue me.

That made me feel just awful. I would never treat someone that way. The only way to learn is to ask questions and make mistakes.

Couldn't document it in my reference books, only got 800 hits on Google. However, the doctor said it and QA changed it back to brachioplexus from brachial plexus, so I added it to the spellchecker dictionary. It's another one of those undocumentable words that are becoming commonly used.

tampon (tam·pon) (tam´pon) [Fr. “stopper, plug”] a pack; a pad or plug made of cotton, sponge, or other material; variously used in surgery to plug the nose, vagina, etc., for the control of hemorrhage or the absorption of secretions.
(emphasis mine)
A tampon is simply a plug which can be used in a body cavity (male or female) to absorb blood, sections, etc.

I don't mean to come across as if I am picking on you, but seeing your answer leads me to believe you do not know what atelactasis means and/or you did not read the original post fully before replying.
Amber specifically said the s/l was "of the skin in a circular pattern - during a breast exam."
In the future, if you are going to offer assistance to other MTs, make sure the information you offer up has bearing to the situation in question, provide a reference or 2 to reinforce your answer. In the long run, it might save yourself, the OP and others from making the same mistake.
