ASCVD - arteriosclerotic (or atherosclerotic) cardiovascular heart disease which is why patient had a CVA (stroke, cerebrovascular accident). Yes, PVD could have caused it all too....but you say AS before the other 3 letters and in 28 years I have NEVER typed ASPVD.
