Which one is correct and better yet, which one do you use, particulary MQ people? I got points in Qasar for putting in the hyphen and would like thoughts on this, please.  Thanks.

On breast exam, no dominant mass, correct? My spell checker (not the actual speller, you know the little green line under the words, grammer checker I guess) is showing this is incorrect, but will accept dominate. This doesn't sound right to me...help please!
