Just wondering how anyone else would write this sentence.
Her examination today showed a weight of 142 pounds, blood pressure of 126/84, and her abdominal examination showed some minimal tenderness throughout. No localizing, rebound or guarding. No obvious organomegaly or masses.
TIA!!!
