Sounds like "Scotty Earle's" is negative.  This is orthopedic word.

The trapezoid bone is a bone in the distal row of the carpus; it articulates with the second metacarpal.

The scaphoid bone is the largest bone of the proximal row of the carpus on the radial side, articulating with radius, lunate, capitate, trapzium, and trapezoid.

The hand was placed in a lead hand?  Attention directed to, in sequence, the lacerations over the DIP joints and pulps of the index, long and ring fingers.  Thanks

She has normal (s/l C&S) ____ of her hand.  There is no weakness.  Tinel and Phalen signs are negative.

No wounds etc.  Has to do with checking had and possibly filing workmans comp.

I thought for sure the first part was "he was still" but my son, hearing me listen to it over and over, actually got that it was "he was told" and then I was able to get the rest.  "He was told about a lupus anticoagulant."  That makes a little more sense than what I had!  Thanks for the help though!  That was a good idea.

This is in regards to an ankle x-ray (three views) sounds like the doctor is saying os trigon-- I have found os trigonum when doing some research.  Would this be correct???  Any information greatly appreciated.

The Dr says something 2x and I can't understand him either time he says it.  The word s/l "sacable."

The Dr dictates:

She had not been seen by me for several months, until she was admitted to Baptist Hospital following a __________ event.  During that admission, her serum electrolytes were found to be normal.  The BUN was 74 and creatinine was 4.5 mg/dL.  I believe her __ workup showed no significant findings.

History of keratotic (s/l entherma and descrinis of cancers) ?? excised from both hands. 

Anyone have any ideas what he could be saying?  Any ideas or advice would be great. 

He has been complaining of pain overlying the MCP joints of the third and fourth s/l rays or grays.

Anyone ever heard of what sounds like Lugo, Javera and Scoob's ligaments.  Referring to a Dupuytren's surgery.  I've looked everywhere, anatomy books, online.....can't find anywhere....

There is some bony "remodeling" over the PIP joint.  Does anyone know what this means and is "remodeling" the proper word?
