It is named after Augustus V. Waller.  The word wallerian is not a proper noun.  It's the same principle as applied to Parkinson disease when the dictator says "parkinsonism". 


I've seen a lot of text books and word books that have wrong spellings in them.

My question is, is nurse practitioner capitalized in either sentence? Since this isn't a verbatim account i know i can insert 'the' before nurse according to the AAMT and call it good but i'd like to know what others think!

This happens to me often and at random.  Sometimes if I have my email up at the same time I'm working, if I close it, or exit the web entirely the problem may resolve.  Other times I've exited my word document and the problem resolves...sometimes not.  Sometimes I've had to reboot...sometimes the problem resolves and sometimes not.  It's still a mystery to me.
