The neurologist says the patient has facial droop suggestive of a _______ infarct. All I hear is "ring," "tring," or wing." Please help.

anatomically, they should be at the level of the fascia; they usually say "fascia" or "fascial ring" or "fascial collar" or perhaps even "fat"...can't think of anything that s/l point and it's definitely NOT bone...

ALSO:
There was also an area of focal submucosal s/l immural pigment from where she had had marking with her enteroscopy.
