Then

Grinner 3, 4, 6 . estrivanlobins are intact??

estry? an lobins?

This dictation is driving me crazy!! I can't figure it out for nothing? It's a neurology report under physcial examination. All of it... (big SIGH)

Here's a big chunk of the paragraph.

PHYSICAL EXAMINATION

Blood Pressure: 112/80

Weight: 155 lbs

Height: 5 foot 6 inches

General: Her appearance is well developed, well nourished. No apparent distress.

Heart: regular rate and rhythm. Carotid, no bruits.

Bilaterally 'orintician?' lineburrs? are normal.

Fundi with sharp discs bilaterally front of two full visual fields

GRINNERS 3,4,6 S DRIVES and lobins? are in tact. No nystagmus. Pupils are equal and active to light. The patient walks to the right occasionally. She has trouble getting started because of discomfort. She can walk on heels and toes briefly, however; on tandem walk she really has difficulty with that. She does not line up her toes easily.

Would anyone be familiar with this diagnosis?  I have searched both my neuro and ortho word books, and have not found anything similar.  Thanks.
