A "bucket handle meniscus tear" Good ortho site if you never heard of it is wheelessonline.com. You can get a lot of help there that isn't in the reference books sometimes.

Found several references (looks likely same source) stating "cam" comes from Dutch word meaning "cog" (although a Babelfish translation gives a word that looks nothing like "cam"). It appears to meet not to meet criteria for capitalization. Any ideas?
