80-year-old gentleman with known coronary artery disease, status post aortic valve replacement with #27 (__s/l Terrontist__) aortic valve, coronary artery bypass grafting x5, dyslipidemia, and hypertension.

It seems to be a packing of some sort as the doc stated "we packed the wound and sutured the soft tissues over this impregnated with the antibiotics"... with whatever this "Prodance" thing is. I did try researching all types of antibiotic-impregnated cements, but no luck there either.

Where it says "Atrium normal.", listen for "Right atrium - normal."
Also maybe: "No significant effusion. Intracardiac masses or thrombi - none observed."
And a couple of other places where similar dashes would be appropriate.

ESLs should NOT abbreviate!
