Patient continuing on oxygen 2 liters around the clock. Due to hypoxemia, is currently being followed by pulmonologist.

On oxygen 2 liters daily.

I think cough is of a viral etiology. Will continue using s/l nebs prescribed by pulmonologist, as well as oxygen.
