Septum pendiculum?
Subject: Septum pendiculum?
Dictator says, "MRI was done on 02/28/07, which showed a moderate enlargement of the ventricles, moderate sized hematoma on the right putamen and thalamus with a thalamic infarct producing moderate mass effect on the third ventricle. There was an approximate 7-8 mm left shift toward the *septum pendiculum*."

Speaks clear as a bell. I've researched this, only locating septum pediculum, and anything I find is shaky. Any help is appreciated.
