Need help with acronym?  S/L "NFD."  Patient is having significant stress at work, I think it might have something to do with time off????? Any clues? See context below.  Thanks!

"Advised PMD follow-up next week for consideration of antihypertensive therapy and possible antidepressant therapy.  She will be made s/l "NFD" for today, to return if increased or new symptoms."
