In French, the term *cul-de-sac* means bottom of the bag (no, it doesn't mean *dead-end street*), bottom of the sack, to us, in English.

So, I'm thinking perhaps a person of French descent might have instructed you on that and in France/French-speaking countries, it would be correct, sac = sack; however, not here if used as a container to place something in that is not body-part related.

if it is a brand name, such as Phillips Milk of Magnesia, otherwise it's lowercase if all by itself.
But I have seen one person in particular
who asks word after word that could easily be looked up.  You can tell by the rest of the sentence and the s/l.  I don't mind helping newbies; in fact, I enjoy it; but give me a break.  Do some of the research yourselves, guys.

as some accounts are not able to process certain symbols. If you were able to do it the usual, correct way, it would be m with a superscripted 2 (no spaces, no periods). Some accounts I've done in the past have requested it written out as you have it. Best to check with your QA.

must be brand new to QA....my QA person would definitely know that cold agglutinin has to do with blood and not the spine...IMHO..and wouldn't make those *most diabetics have hypertension* types of blanket statements and my QA person is up there in years of experience......and work ethics.

Who knows - anyone can be anything on this medium we call the web.

Take it all with a HUGE grain of salt, and believe half of what you see and nothing of what you hear in the life.  For all we know, the poster could be a troll.  Again, we don't know that yet - we'd have to take a *wait and watch* attitude.

she'll never be a quality mt and certainly not a valuable employee with her lack of insight or ethics

Subject: Wasn't meant for you but the person who responded to my answer right below

I tried to be helpful and say that my QA said to transcribe it sub-Q. "Anon" made a reply to that stating it was wrong and was somewhat belittle-ing in her response. No wonder there are a lot of viewers and the same "handful" of responders. I am thankful for the responders, but if others get belittling responses like "anon" gives, it makes you feel like your not worthy to be on here. You were very kind in your response.
