medical problems and the other only other med is Flexeril. I keep thinking some type of NSAID, but I just went thru over 50 of them and nothing came close.

I'm doing a report for placement of a Zimmer TM-100 ______foam cage at the C4-5 level. Neuro reports of this sort take me so long because I have such a hard time finding and documenting the instrumentation that they use! I've checked my reference books and googled, to no avail. I can't seem to figure out the first part of the 'foam' word for this cage. It sounds kinda' like zylofoam, tanofoam or tilofoam. Arghhhh!
