Muliparous?

Dr. Says:  Examination of the external genitalia revealed no lesions, ulcerations or abnormalities.  Normal anatomy noted.  Vaginal rugae were normal.  Normal BUS glands.  The cervix was (s/l muliparous).  Nonfriable, healthy in appearance.

What could this be? Thanks
