Any ideas? Thanks!

She has a history of rectal prolapse and had ____water placed and there was some question if the ____water perforated her vagina creating a rectovaginal fistula.
It sounds like he is saying "tertiary" but that does not make sense. I read somewhere that warm water is sometimes used to reduce a prolapse but I'm not coming up with a word for "warm" even in the thesaurus that sounds like that.
Thanks for the help! You all are very dependable!
Thank you. Still pretty new to colorectal, and have not come across this yet.
