I can't seem to find a good reference to this but it sounds like he's saying "triple scope." Has anyone heard of this or know if I'm hearing right? Here's the context. Don't laugh, I know it sounds stupid, but the only thing they always look at is the IC valve or appendiceal lumen, but it sounds just like that, the pole of Newman.
