Could someone familiar with plastic surgery help me? The doctor is doing a split-thickness skin graft: He says, " . . . split thickness skin graft harvested at approximately 10/100,000 of an inch. This was then ?matched/meshed? 1.5 to 1 and placed over the wound . . ."
