I've honestly never heard it abbreviated like that, but I did google *MRCP cerebral palsy* and that's what came up. Given the symptom of hypotonia, it definitely makes me think of cerebral palsy. Was there any sort of mental status testing done (just as a check)?

Mental retardation is a medical condition. The doctor is not using the term in a derogatory manner, he is merely describing the patient's condition. You have no right to change this to anything other than what was dictated!

then, in impression MRCP, but I just don't think doc means Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography.

They often given antivirals along with the steroid for this.
May be Valtrex, Valcyte, Viramune? These are just some of them.
