I spent 20 minutes with her discussing menopause, hormonal supplementation, herbal things she can use over the counter such as Black Cohosh or evening ____ s/l premaris oil.

Because she is also having hormonal changes but has had hysterectomy in the past, difficult to determine if this would be the time she would be going through menopause anyway, as he had S/L: physical menopause a few years ago.
It is very muffled and quick. Slowing down does not help. Does "physical" menopause make sense (I don't know, as I have not gone through it yet!) :)
