doc is just listing meds and says  Agifem? 3 times a week. Patient is 88 years old.  Came in with wrist fracture.  Has past history of stroke, arthritis, hypertension, constipation, cancer of the right breast, bilateral cataracts.  She had a right hip replacement in the past.  Also has left ventricular hypertrophy.  That is all I have. Hope this helps somwhat.

I have no way of knowing what this medication is for. Past medical history is Diabetic with neuropathy, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, history of left knee arthritis, osteoarthritis, and also with hypopituitary with steroids, COPD, home oxygen dependent.

I have an ESL doc who has said this med on two different reports now and I cannot find it. It sounds like she is saying Leftrin.  Not 100% what it is for (list of meds), but the first report she said if Leftrin did not work would use Flexeril, and the 2nd time she said it she said Leftrin 0.125 mg sublingual p.r.n.
