Patient with a history of COPD, coronary artery disease, status post stent, bipolar disorder and is currently admitted for seizures.

Medications on admission:  Flovent, Protonix, Xopenex, diltiazem Plavix, Advair, Spiriva and s/l Carsha or Karcia???
