I can't find this. This seems to be new drug doctors on account are giving, but, look as I might, I cannot find it. Thank you for any help.

I have a dr. that has an accent. I think he is sayin ion iron. Has anyone had an ESL dr. say who says ion iron instead of just saying iron? Just wondering if maybe I'm hearing it wrong.......
On admission his ion iron, PTT were both elevated above 90

Iron studies were normal except that his B and C were negative.
This is under abnormal liver function test, most likely fatty liver disease.
When I google I get hepatitis B and C info. Help clear my confusion!
