Subject: Miller eh-THEE-mer-ul lesion??

I am tyring to figure out what this Dr. is dictating.  He says, "Oral cavity and oropharynx examination reveals Miller eh-THEE-mer-ul lesions, and examination of the neck is neck is negative for adenopathy or thyromegaly."

Can anyone help me on the word or words he is saying before the word "lesions"?
