Pt with vertigo/dizziness, diabetes, and CABG.  Further workup will include an MRI of the brain to rule out any brainstem ischemic disease, given that he is at high risk for __ events.

the asthma attack, such as extreme stress, sometimes extreme exercise, exposure to a known allergen, ect., so go with the sentence structure, the word is okay!  Besides, I have had asthma for about 30 years, so know these terms from both sides!
