Anyone know which one is more likely here? Thanks.
Patient had a CVA. He also had an MRA at that time, which showed a hyperplastic? hypoplastic? artery, and no aneurysms. (I think artery mentioned is carotid.)

s/l "Entocho" showing contractions every 5 mins.

Past medical history is remarkable only for reactive NST. s/l "Entocho" showing contractions every 5 minutes which the patient was unaware of completely, except for some mild lower back pain.

At this point, careful carotid endarterectomy was done. It was begun at the common carotid artery. A wood plane was obtained and it was transected proximally and carried towards the bifurcation.

MRI of the brain was significant for a large pannus at C1-C2, as well as "s/l show-flow" defect on the left internal carotid artery. Any help would be appreciated. First and only mention of this in the report.
