Can anyone tell me the correct way to transcribe the following from an MRI examination:
TECHNIQUE: Coronal TR:500/TE:15, sagittal TR:500/TE:12, sagittal TR:3050/TE:95, axial gradient TR:47/TE:15.
radiology lingo
I type ortho and the doc says weightbearing pa. Is there an actual weightbearing view and a PA view. How should that be typed. Also, he says standing AP, lateral, and oblique views. Is that the right way to type it?

I am not proficient on newborn terminology and monitoring, plus sound quality sucks. Would appreciate any help on this one!!
"Initially there was a little (s/l meck?) and he had some facial bruising and was rather plethoric on initial exam and was monitored every shift with (s/l TCB?). On the second day he was found to have a 6-ounce weight loss and his (again, s/l TCB?) was 12.2."
Glad to help. They do have their own lingo.nm
