Laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy: Surgeon is entering peritoneum. She's opened the fascia, anchored it with Vicryl, attached CO2 and then she says something like "Lidopril" placed through. Pretty sure there are 3 syllables but she is swallowing the second half of the word. The "Lido" is fairly clear, but can't swear she isn't saying "Lighted". Anyone ever hear of lidocaine being placed with CO2 insufflation? After that, she placed 2 trocars and inspected the abdomen. Any idea what this is? I am stumped.

exactly what she is referring to before making the decision to transcribe bilateral. She may mean bimalleolar (ankle) edema. If that were the case, bilateral ankle edema is very different than bimalleolar edema, which would mean 1 foot versus 2. If you can leave it blank and get a response back, that is the best idea.
