Patient is 92 and comes in for hip fracture. This is one of her regular medications. Past medical history significant for CVA, chronic shortness of breath, dyslipidemia, hypothyroidism, ischemic colitis, colon polyps, hyperkalemia, acute renal failure, CLL.

I guess I'm asking if he said it exactly as you put it, "320 daily." That could be taken in different ways, especially if he didn't specifically say mg.
