When doing the PE, the doctors usually dictate the fundal height along with the vital signs. I was always taught in the hospitals where I worked that fundal height went along with the abdominal exam. Thoughts?

A lot of times radiologists will say interpretation is more difficult because of underpenetration but "interpretation is less" wouldn't make sense.
Another thought - if it's a chest film, could it be inspiration is less? As in, patient didn't breathe deeply?
