He says this:
We incised the urachus and umbilical ligaments and dropped the bladder down posteriorly. We incised the endopelvic fascia and preprostatic ligaments and placed 2 ligatures of 0 Vicryl around the s/l doors venous complex.
Venous complex is clear, but is that dorsal? First lapscc of these I have done. Stedman's GI/GU is not very good either.

This is an ENT doc who always pronounces things just as they are spelled regardless of the way it should be pronounced. Anyone have any ideas on what this would be?
Thanks so much

The lateral-most laparoscopic port was placed on the right, using the "Versa Steck" under direct vision.
Non-ESL American doctor, very clear, making it sound like 2 words, Versa and Steck. I am finding Versatak and VersaStick which is home exercise equipment. Any ideas? TIA!!!
