Lab help please

This is what I hear my doc say, "Tear dropped ovalcytes, hypochromasia, microcytosis, etc, are noted on the laboratory evaluation."  

Can anyone tell me if I have this correct?  TIA.

  • I think it is "teardrop ovalocytes" - as far as the rest, - vn
