After general anesthesia, the leg was elevated and then using dermatome and _____ knife a debridement was done.
OPERATIVE PROCEDURE: Extensive debridement of left lower leg, fairly large area 20 cm x 16 cm and 10 cm x 15 cm.
It sounds like bouillon and I know that is not correct...any help would be appreciated.

I cannot figure out what this doctor is saying, it starts under "operative technique"
Patient was "????" prepped and draped in the usual fashion in a supine position. The tourniquet was placed in the right upper arm.
It sounds like he is saying "freight wrapped" or maybe "tight wrapped"???? I could not find any reference to either of those terms. Can anyone help?!?

I'm taking a poll. I typed Gamma knife in an op report. I looked it up in Tessier The Surgical Word Book to confirm that the G is capitalized, which it was when used with knife. I had numerous 'typo' QAs and it was changed to gamma knife.

Sinus surgery (septoplasty, inferior turbinate reduction), routine stuff. Sounds like "Bolinger frittle knife" - I swear. Going a mile a minute, even at the slowest speed.
