I tried to post this earlier so if it is a duplicate please excuse me! In reference to knee arthritis the doctor says it is more lateral compartment than medial but it is tri-compartment. Should that be tricompartment or tri-compartment?

I have an ESL with an odd accent that I can't quite get a handle on, who is dictating a followup visit for a patient with rheumatoid arthritis.
She keeps saying what sounds like "palengiomic" or "panangiomic." Can anyone help with this? I've done extensive research and can't find anything similar.
