Kalpangie pin? s/m

Can't find anything on this: If we are unable to do this we will either have to pin it, copange pin it, or open it.  Sounds like Col-pon-jee or Cal-pon-jee or possibly without the L. She is talking about repair of a displaced distal radius fracture.
