The only other neurological complaint that he has had is some low-grade headache at the base of his skull in the left side of his neck that sometimes radiates to his shoulder, which has been going on since November. He is going to physical therapy for presumed saracalgia and possible mild sensory radicular signs.

x-ray phase/sensory phase?
Subject: x-ray phase/sensory phase?

OBJECTIVE:  The neck is otherwise supple.  Chest is clear.  X-ray (s/l phase is equal to sensory phase) consistent with her COPD.  CVS is regular.  Abdomen tender in the left lower quadrant without guarding, rebound or organomegaly.  The lower extremities without edema.

ASSESSMENT/PLAN

  1. Painful area in the left posterior lateral neck.  We will recheck in the next 2 weeks.

  2. COPD, stable.

Does that make sense? (x-ray phase equal to sensory phase?)

Thanks in advance for any help on this one.
