download is correct; this was probably an at-home monitor. some monitors come with software where the data can be DOWNLOADED by the home caregiver to the office healthcare personnel supervising the treatment.

Has anyone seen any kind of lists dealing with word endings? I've often thought I wanted to create one. You know the doctor who dictates "mhmmpfectomy", etc. Surely someone else must have felt this way too?

Can anyone help me do the following:
I want to do a numbered list (i.e. an IMPRESSION: section), so that:
The numbers are flush left again the margin; and -
Each entry is indented a few spaces (a few spaces to the right of the numbers in the list). If one entry in the list goes for more than a single line, I want the second line of that entry to ALSO be indented -- so that it does not sit underneath a number and does not look good. Every time I try to use the MS Word numbering feature, it pushes the whole list (including the numbers) to the right, so that the numbers themselves are no longer flush agains the left margin.
Thank you very much. Willing to call someone too if they can help me. Very important.

I've seen plenty of things misspelled in reports, even standards handed out by an account itself...

A lot say that one all the time, type it in that way and "poof" the whole word pops up. Those expander programs totally rock. My sad-sack goal is to someday look like one of those ultra-cool court stenographers.

because no one dictator can ever seem to agree on it it seems! So, because I am allowed to with my particular account(s), I always go for non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and score the "free" keystrokes to boot!

and if you want to continue your investigation, if you delete the header on page 2, it will still carry over to page 3, so you have to delete on all subsequent pages. Personally, I really dislike that feature. I do not have an answer for that one. It is a formatting question and perhaps someone else with more formatting knowledge might help you. good luck.
