With regard to her abdominal pain, she has now seen a gastroenterologist, Dr. S. in Pdx who thinks she might have cytoid vomitism.  He prescribed her nortriptyline 10 mg q.h.s. for one week and then up to two p.o. q.h.s. for a week.  He is planning a CT scan of her head to make sure she doesn’t have a tumor, but thinks this is more neurologic than irritable bowel syndrome.

An eye speculum was placed. The peridium was incised from the 1 o'clock to 4 o'clock meridian and the 9 o'clock to 11:30 o'clock meridian.  Does that help?
