doc is doing a Transvaginal hysterectomy, bilateral vaginal wall suspension using sacrospinous ligament fixation, modified, anterior repair, mesh augmentation using Avaulta and cystourethroscopy.

My question is At this point, we proceeded with our modified sacrospinous ligament fixation.  This was done bilaterally.  We used CAPIO or CAPRIO SUTURE URETERAL????? device using #2-0 Ethibond.   So Capio or Caprio and then the word after that I just cannot grasp what he is trying to say here.  HELP Thanks

an ESL or a mumbler and it might be morphine?

As an aside, for a laugh, I used to work for a neurologist who apparently had a patient pull a Rx paper off the top of his Rx pad when he wasn't looking.  The doc got a call a few hours later from a pharmacy trying to verify the Rx for "mo feen".
