Prior to what you gave us, maybe he listed a medication, and was describing coating the wound with it?

Sounds like lee-bi it doesn't sound like high and she says this three times in the report under HPI, Review of systems, and Diagnosis. She is an ESL and talks pretty quietly. Thanks for any help!
