Spine surgery.  I know of Tisseel, and this is also used for hemostasis, it sounds like "Floseel" or maybe Floseal.  Has anybody heard of it.

A site I've found so helpful for drug searches is rxlist.com.  You can also do 'sound alike' searches on there.  It doesn't always find a match, but has helped me out more times than not.

It often helps if you can provide diagnoses, medications, or other information on the patient. Maybe even a couple extra sentences before and after the one in question.

From my experience, a physical examination does not usually give a numerical result unless it is something such as pregnancy examination or musculoskeletal such as reflexes, strength, etc.
