Very complex nature of her cataract on the left was discussed; 10% 2% will be necessary as well as capsular stain.
That is exactly how it was dictated. Should that be 10%:2% or 10%, 2% or 10%/2% or something else altogether? Thanks.

I'm doing a report for placement of a Zimmer TM-100 ______foam cage at the C4-5 level. Neuro reports of this sort take me so long because I have such a hard time finding and documenting the instrumentation that they use! I've checked my reference books and googled, to no avail. I can't seem to figure out the first part of the 'foam' word for this cage. It sounds kinda' like zylofoam, tanofoam or tilofoam. Arghhhh!
