they just put what they heard and who knows, they may have had it before. I guess you could ask where they documented it, telling them it was for future reference on your part.

I had this dictated -- very clearly -- as he followed it up with pCO2 and pO2, all with different values.  This term is not in my Stedman's Pulmonary book, nor could I find this term on Google.  Would appreciate any clarification on this.
