Subject: spinal stenosis
Spinal stenosis is ONLY of the spine and is not found in other parts of the body. I do ortho and the previous poster is incorrect. That's why it's called 'spinal' meaning of the spine. Stenosis can occur in other parts, but spinal stenosis is only of the spine.

70-year-old woman has a "soso" spinal stenosis surgery in her past medical history.
The doctor slurs horribly, and at first I thought she was saying "sessile", but upon re-listening, I'm no longer sure.
Any suggestions?
