The uncinate process was removed anteriorly.  A Parsons window was created.  The microdebrider was then used to remove the uncinate process extending superiorly to expose the agger nasi cell and inferiorly to expose a very congested maxillary ostium.  Soft tissue edema was debrided from the area. 


I'll go with Parsons window, after the ENT surgeon.  Thanks all!

I'm transcribing a TAHBSO, and the doctor says there is a small s/l Allen Masterson window noted in the posterior cul-de-sac. 


 


Could be Ellen instead of Allen or Alan or Allan.  I've googled them all and can't seem to document this.

Prounounced like Phone Ick window, not like phonics.
try 5.0-mm axial images, lung window, and ground glass (is correct)
