Schobinger 1957-(fig 3a and 3b) Higher horizontal incision allows easier access to oral cavity and
various modifications for posterior vertical limb.
Shorter superior flap allows midline lip splitting extension with less likelihood of loss of tip (Becker 1984, fig 3c)
