I left a blank because ESL dictator saying what s/l "wife beating" hematochezia...I listened and listered.. knew it could not be that... so I left it blank. Then it came back from QA with "wife beating".. I could not believe that, so I asked the hematologist-oncologist where I work if he ever heard of such. He said NEVER had he EVER heard such. Months later when I got the same ESL again, it was more clear "wipe bleeding" hematochezia (which still was not a good way of saying it), so now it looks like I typed that in the original report... somewhere someone is laughing at ME!
